Ruthie’s bridal portraits at the Dallas Country Club are so gorgeous & I absolutely love how they turned out! I loved this bridal session & Ruthie looked stunning. I’ve actually known Ruthie since we were just little kids in AWANA at church and it’s so neat seeing friends marry their true love & best friends. Ruthie is now working in North Carolina in the HR department at Samaritan’s Purse, where her fiancé, Ben also works in the disaster relief department & they both love what they do. They both love cooking and or course eating what they cook. Though, their favorite type of place to eat out at is sushi – yum! Ruthie actually did these bridals as a surprise to Ben! I’m so happy for her and she is so excited to have married her best friend!
This shoot was all about nature, style, & Dallas’ iconic Country Club. Ruthie picked the DCC because she grew up coming here with her grandma where she played bridge and her grandpa was the president of the country club. I loved getting to photograph Ruthie on the bridge she’s always remembered and even at one point wanted to get married on! Bridals are always so much fun to do – I love that the bride gets to wear her dress more than once, wear her shoes in a little before the wedding, and twirl around like it’s the best day ever. The Dallas Country Club is so beautiful, the weather was beautiful last October!
Ruthie, I am SO excited for you and Ben and your future together! You are so sweet and absolutely beautiful. Documenting these special moments for you with you and your family has been a blessing. Thank you again!
