Meet Jami + Blake! We had the BEST time during their engagement session at Highland Park. We couldn’t have asked for better weather.  The way the light hit the trees so perfectly, their outfits, all the smiles – it couldn’t have been more beautiful.

The first time these two met was outside of Starbucks on their college campus. That day Blake invited her to go to a Bible study with him. How sweet is that?! The two hit it off and have been together ever since. When Blake proposed, it was the same day as their graduation. Which worked out well because both Blake and Jami’s families would be in town to help them celebrate! He proposed on the back patio of a little ice cream shop.

When I asked Jami + Blake what their favorite thing about being engaged was, I just loved their answers. Jami said, “It’s a time where we can work with each other for our future” and Blake answered, “Its a time for us to work as a team to make decisions about the future.” I love when my couples have this outlook on their engagement. While the wedding day is magical, what truly is important is your marriage and you can tell these two truly know and understand that.

Thank you to for making this session so much fun – y’all were smiles and laughs in front of my camera. It was such a joy and makes me even more excited for your wedding day! We are praying for you during this season and can’t wait!
