Even though these were back from Summer of 2014, I still love reminiscing on my adventures there. Drove to the top of Pikes Peak for the first time (even though I go to Colorado like 2+ times a year) and it was SO gorgeous. I recommend it to everyone wanting a good view. It was so breathtaking, and God provided the perfect weather – it was in the 60s before we got to the top, never rained on us, but we could see rain in the distance, including a rainbow (you have to look closely for it in the pictures). We also went to Garden of the Gods in the same day, but it was a bit rainy by the time we got down. Still made for some great pictures and a wonderful adventure. I can’t wait to go back in September!
