Aspen Wedding Planner FAM | Featured Event At Hotel Jerome

I recently had the opportunity to capture one of the most prestigious (and fun) events I’ve ever had the privilege to be a part of! The ACRA Aspen Wedding Planner FAM Event is one in which the top wedding planners from around the world (yes, THE WORLD) are honored for their contributions to the wedding industry. These men and women are the best of the best and I was so fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend time, not only photographing a beyond amazing, adventure-packed event but also, getting to know some pretty inspiring people.

Because this event was SO full of adventure and each day featured some of the most exclusive spots in Aspen, it just wouldn’t do it justice to limit the chronicles of this 3 day experience to just one post! That said, I’ve included each day as a part of a series of posts that you can read more about HERE. The W Aspen

Day 1 began at The W Aspen, one of Aspen’s top luxury hotels. Event attendees were able to enjoy good conversation and networking during a happy hour that few would forget! Set against a stunning mountain backdrop, guests’ laughter and genuine smiles coupled with the scenic beauty of The W Aspen blended perfectly and set the stage for an unforgettable next few days.

The Limelight Aspen 

After our meet and greet at The W Aspen, guests were shuttled to The Limelight Hotel. The Limelight is another of Aspen’s premier wedding hot spots with its proximity to downtown Aspen as well as its scenic views. Guests enjoyed a guided tour of the property as well as champagne and top notch service.

Hotel Jerome

Our next stop was Hotel Jerome where participants were able to enjoy another guided tour, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and drinks. Hotel Jerome is one of the most historic and elegant venues in Aspen. Its large, picturesque windows adorning the walls of Aspen’s only above ground ballroom truly set the tone for an elegant evening.

Bad Harriet

Our final stop of the day just may have been my favorite! Guests had the opportunity to enjoy live music as well as a bespoke cocktail experience at Bad Harriet. Bad Harriet is the coolest speakeasy type bar situated inside Hotel Jerome. It boasts a menu of innovative cocktails and old timey vibes that no doubt left all with a feeling of fun and excitement for the days to come!
