In the picturesque town of Aspen, Colorado, I had the pleasure of photographing Terri Barnett. Terri is a highly regarded mindfulness and meditation instructor. Through her portrait headshots, I aimed to capture Terri’s spirit and convey her expertise in the realm of holistic wellness.

Terri Barnett’s journey as a mindfulness practitioner and instructor has touched the lives of many in the Aspen community. She believes deeply in the impact that practicing mindfulness can have on overall well-being in all walks of life, especially in the corporate setting. Through guided meditation, sound healing, and yoga, Terri caters her services to both in-person events as well as virtual. She serves both individuals and groups through private sessions, retreats, and corporate events. Throughout her session, my goal was to incorporate elements of the Aspen Art Museum to highlight Terri’s connection to the local community and the artistic spirit. The fusion of Terri’s calming presence and the museum’s artistic ambiance created a visually striking representation of her multifaceted approach to mindfulness and yoga.
