Floral Wedding Dress Inspiration: A Tintype Collaboration with AW Bridal

I am so excited to finally share this super unique collaboration! Recently, the team over at AW Bridal reached out to me about featuring some of their gorgeous gowns. The Tintype Session

Instead of a traditional photoshoot, I decided to do something a little different with their flower-patterned dress. I did a tintype shoot, and the results are honestly so cool! The detail on this floral wedding dress translated beautifully into the vintage, hand-crafted style of tintype photography. It gave the dress a timeless, moody look that I am just obsessed with. Seeing a modern floral wedding dress through the lens of a 19th-century technique creates such a beautiful contrast.

Good Vibes and Great Style

The energy during this session was unreal. Seeing how the soft floral patterns popped in the final scans was such a treat. It’s not every day you get to mix modern bridal fashion with such a classic photography technique! I’m feeling super blessed to work with brands that let me get creative and try new things.
