Lindsey and JD’s Engagements at Winspear Opera House are so beautiful! This couple is so sweet! Lindsey & JD met through a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel where the lady get’s to choose her “bagel” – she told him she was the “coffee” but he wanted to be “coffee” too, haha! Lindsey is a contract lawyer who moved to Dallas from Indiana for job opportunities. She loves to surf & ski when she travels and she has an eleven year old miniature schnauzer she loves! JD is a  resident at UT Southwestern, and specializes in neurology.

JD proposed in Oct. 2017 – The day of, she asked if she needed to be ready by a certain time that day for their date, he said no at first, but by 7:45pm he told her they were actually running late at that point and to be ready as soon as she could. For their original 7pm reservation, they went to dinner at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek closer to 8pm, so they quickly had to eat a beautiful meal and get to their next destination. They went to Reunion Tower afterwards where they walked around on the outside of the tower and he had the perfect spot picked out to propose!

Lindsey and JD, thank you so much for having me be apart of such a special moment in each of your lives! I have loved getting to know you both and can’t wait to capture your wedding day in August! This engagement session was so much fun with you both! I hope you love these images and our time together as much as I have!
