Spring Family Photos at Bishop Arts District | Taylor Family Mini Session
It always brings a smile to my face when I get to reconnect with families I’ve photographed in the past. I had the pleasure of capturing the Taylor family’s maternity and family portraits a couple of years ago. Time truly flies! (Click here to see our last session together.)
This spring, we switched things up by trading the greenery of the park for the vibrant streets of Bishop Arts District. With its colorful murals and unique charm, the neighborhood was the perfect backdrop for their updated family photos.
The Taylors arrived with their now 11-year-old, 15-year-old, and their energetic two-year-old. Watching their family grow has been such a joy. The session had all the delightful chaos you’d expect with a toddler—filled with giggles, exploring, and sweet candid moments throughout.
We wandered through the streets, stopping at fun and colorful spots along the way. The older kids were just as wonderful as I remembered. Their little sibling brought so much personality and energy to the shoot. It was incredibly heartwarming to see all three interact with so much love and connection.
These spring family mini sessions are such a beautiful way to capture a moment in time. Kids grow quickly, and even a year can bring so many changes. Being able to document these fleeting stages for families like the Taylors is such an honor.
Taylor family, thank you again for choosing me to capture your memories. Photographing your family is always a joy. I loved seeing how much everyone has grown. I look forward to many more beautiful moments together.
