I’m finally catching up on posting photography from all of my trips this year. Yay!! Some of these were taken in Las Vegas while I was there for WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International), which is one of the largest conferences in the world. It’s so fun going and meeting other photographers and filmmakers from all over the world – from Bangladesh, to New York, to other photographers right in your neighborhood. I met some pretty awesome photographers there from DFW that are now my friends, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity I had to meet them in Vegas. It’s such a great experience meeting people in a different state that you keep in touch with back at home. 🙂
The rest of the photos were taken at the Grand Canyon and the Hover Dam. My husband and my brother-in-law came up with me for the week and we took some time to explore. We had a great time – it was nice to get away from the rush of Vegas.
If you can’t tell already, I do love traveling and exploring new places, and I do my best to show that in my photography. People vs. landscape photography is totally different, but it’s nice to spice it up a bit and do something different. But, if there’s ever a chance to photograph people in new places, such as a destination wedding with amazing scenery, I’m always up for the adventure!
