An engagement session in downtown Aspen is a perfect way to show the timeless side of a relationship. After the adrenaline of the mountain, Jeff and Becca wanted to capture something sophisticated. There is a special feeling in the “core” of this town. For instance, the brick pathways and high-end boutiques create a classic look. Additionally, the mountain light filters beautifully through the trees. This provided a perfect backdrop for a couple that is both stylish and adventurous.

A Connection That Just Clicks

Spending the afternoon with Jeff and Becca in town showed exactly why they are inseparable. Jeff describes Becca as incredibly capable and organized. However, she is also a “softy” at heart. Their dynamic is built on mutual respect and constant growth. Consequently, as they walked through the streets where they made memories, their chemistry made my job easy.

Celebrating with the Inner Circle

One of the highlights of this engagement session in downtown Aspen was including Becca’s friends. Aspen is a town built on community. Therefore, Becca’s “girl gang” joined in to celebrate this new chapter. Capturing romantic portraits along with fun moments with friends was a joy. This allowed us to show the full picture of their life here. It wasn’t just a photoshoot; rather, it was a celebration of their community.

Designing a Life Together

From the very beginning, Jeff and Becca shared a clear vision for the future. Whether they are busy or planning a trip to Aspen Snowmass, they stay in sync. This downtown session allowed them to slow down and enjoy the “afterglow” of their engagement. It was a beautiful moment before wedding planning kicks into high gear.
