Melanie’s Bridals at Ashton Gardens are so dazzling & I’m so pleased with how they turned out! I so much enjoyed my time with Melanie getting to learn how sweet and kind her heart is! When we were talking about locations, she asked for my opinion and I gave her a couple options, and she picked the place I have been dying to photograph at the most! 🙂 Love her! Melanie is in school working towards her health science degree, while also working as a receptionist at a salon and dreaming of a career in cosmetology. She is so excited to have married her best friend. You might recognize Melanie from her and Tanner’s engagement session, you can see here!

This shoot was all about capturing Melanie’s beauty coupled the beauty of Ashton Gardens, and the combo was remarkable! Melanie’s bouquet was made of lovely tulips in yellow and cream, and we used the greenery and chapel at Ashton Gardens. Melanie’s hair was done by a close friends she met working at the salon, and she tagged along with us for the session. I adored getting to witness their friendship. Bridals are always so much fun to do – I love that the bride gets to wear her dress more than once, wear her shoes in a little before the wedding, and twirl around like it’s the best day ever. The weather was a bit chilly, but we beat the cold front!

Melanie, I am SO excited for you and Tanner and your future together! You are so sweet and absolutely beautiful. Documenting these special moments for you, with you, and your family has been a blessing and it’s been so fun to see y’all in my friend groups and call you friends, too! 🙂
