It’s July, the middle of the week, and temperatures were high here in Dallas, Texas.  Come August 1st, the weather jumped back in time to April! The weather was absolutely gorgeous on this day. What a dream wedding day!! SO perfect for a wedding to take place, especially on Lake Ray Hubbard on a sailboat!! I had never been on a sailboat such as this one, and what a great first experience. I was definitely excited for this day to come; Michelle and Randy were so laid-back the entire time, which made this day and excitement even better! Sometimes people get too caught up in making sure everything is perfect and they aren’t focused on what is most important; the marriage! I keep having to remind myself that I don’t need to worry about what’s on my “wedding to-do list” and just remember to relax and make time for us! I am so happy to get to work with couples like this who are so in love and also devoted to making their significant other the center of their wedding day, and not worrying about the little things. So much emotion, love, and happiness in these images! What a great sailboat wedding. Love these colors. And, that ring. Gorgeous!!#Selfie!
Love this – so sweet. Married!Party time. Loved this moment between Randy and his new daughter. She’s acting out Titanic. So cute. FAVORITE!! I just love the flowy feel in this picture. (Right)Knot the Ceremony 😉

…Sorry, I just had to.

But, in all seriousness, this was such a nice touch to the end of the night. The Knot Ceremony was symbolizing how their love grows tighter and the knot cannot be undone. At sunset:Michelle, you are a gorgeous bride!!Another fave. What an amazing cake!

Vendors:

Ceremony: Sail with Scott

Reception: Mistra Restaurant at Hilton

Flowers: Lakeview Florist

Cake: Lakeview Bakery

Adam June 7, 2012 at 10:17 pm When I first started botnaig with my dog (Zoe an Australian Cattle Dog) I was very nervous because she was never exposed to deep water. I bought her a life vest which (she didn’t like to wear) but in the end it didn’t even matter .The first time we were at the dock with her, she jumped out of the car, ran to the dock and jumped in the water. Fortunately she swims like a fish! She loves the water! Thanks for sharing your stories in the book. I am enjoying reading it.
