I recently had the privilege of photographing Agnes and Maz’s absolutely heartwarming surprise proposal at The Little Nell. Set in Aspen, Colorado during their highly esteemed Tree Lighting event. Between the beautiful holiday themed backdrop and the magic of the season this proposal was one I won’t soon forget!

A Magical Proposal Unveiled at The Little Nell

Love was in the air during The Little Nell Holiday Tree Lighting event,as Maz and Agnes took the next step towards forever. Amidst the festive atmosphere, complete with hot chocolate, cookies, cider, and an array of holiday activities, the couple’s love story unfolded with a surprise proposal that left everyone in awe.

The enchanting evening featured a live pianist who, in an unexpected twist, crafted a custom song to accompany Maz’s heartfelt proposal. As the couple stood in front of a stunning holiday display, the melody filled the air, creating an atmosphere of pure magic. Agnes, happily taken by surprise, said yes!

As the crowds gradually dispersed, I had the privilege of capturing Maz and Agnes in various picturesque settings. Against the backdrop of Aspen Mountain near the gondola area and in front of The Little Nell amidst the twinkling lights, the newly engaged couple radiated joy and love. An evening that started with holiday cheer but evolved into a celebration of enduring love—a surprise that turned an already magical evening into an unforgettable chapter in Maz and Agnes’s love story.
