Aspen Wedding Planner FAM | Featured Event At The St Regis Aspen

In previous posts, I’ve taken you through days 1-3 of a phenomenal FAM event celebrating the world’s top wedding planners and their contributions to the wedding industry. Participants had the opportunity to tour Aspen’s finest hotels, indulge in gourmet meals, sip premium wine and cocktails, and embark on thrilling adventures. This 3 day event was truly a celebration of luxury, creativity, and the beauty of Aspen’s wedding industry, with a grand fusion of elegance and adventure. In my final post on this event, I’ll take you through the grand finale as all participants had the fitting opportunity to enjoy the pinnacle of elegance at The St. Regis Aspen. Guests and wedding planners alike came together to savor an unforgettable evening filled with dinner, drinks, live music, and dancing.

A Night of Opulence at The St. Regis Aspen

The St. Regis Aspen is renowned for its timeless luxury, impeccable service, and stunning views of Aspen Mountain making it the perfect venue for our closing event!

The evening began with premium cocktail service in the Fountain Courtyard. Guests were able to relax and socialize in good company with a beautifully-crafted beverage compliments of The St. Regis Aspen. Views of Aspen Mountain spurred many a conversation on the unmatched aesthetics all participants had the joy of experiencing throughout the event.

Next, guests were able to enjoy a sumptuous dinner coupled with service fit for royalty. Exquisite dishes and fine wines served in one of The St. Regis Aspen’s renowned ballrooms set the stage for an evening of indulgence.

Post dinner guests enjoyed live music and dancing complete with a conga line! With nothing but smiles on all faces, it was clear that this event was a huge success. As everyone said their goodbyes, they were sure to thank our hosts for including them in such an amazing experience and for providing an event in which none are sure to forget! 

In closing

This event, due in great part to the hard work and dedication of so many vendors featured in each of these posts, far exceeded all expectations. It combined adventure, elegance, and the opportunity for these highly regarded wedding planners to forge valuable connections. Each day was filled with inspiration, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of Aspen. Beyond grateful to have been the photographer chosen to both capture, and enjoy the company of these inspiring professionals.
