In recent posts, I’ve been taking you along on my journey through an amazing 3 day event in which some of the world’s top wedding planners were celebrated for their contributions to the wedding industry. If you missed it, be sure to check out day 1 where we explored Hotel Jerome and other luxury hot spots in Aspen, as well as day 2 where we had the privilege of wining and dining at The Little Nell among other exquisite Aspen locales!

In this post we’ll explore day 3 of this event where these celebrated professionals had the opportunity to tour several top Aspen event venues and experience some of the beauty and adventure that make Aspen one of the top coveted wedding destinations in the country. The conclusion to this event was a whirlwind of adventure and elegance, as we explored The Gant Aspen as well as Aspen Square Hotel, conquered Independence Pass, savored the charm of Dunbar Ranch, and captured portrait headshots at The St. Regis Aspen!

The Gant Aspen: A Mountain Oasis

Our day began at The Gant Aspen, a harbor of luxury nestled in the heart of Aspen. All participants were treated to a tour of this enchanting property, complete with cozy lodging and event space that offer guests a perfect retreat for any festivity. Amidst quiet conversation and stunning views, guests were able to enjoy a unique and delicious breakfast courtesy of The Gant. It was truly a perfect way to kick off the final leg of this amazing event!

Independence Pass Jeep Tour: A Thrilling Ascent

After a quick tour of Aspen Square Hotel, another exquisite venue in central Aspen,  participants boarded several fully loaded off-road vehicles and set out on an exhilarating jeep tour through Independence Pass. As we ascended higher and higher, the breathtaking views became the backdrop for several unforgettable moments. Planners were able to soak in the majestic beauty of the Rockies and take a few selfies along the way!

Dunbar Ranch: Rustic Elegance Defined

Our next stop was Dunbar Ranch, where rustic elegance meets mountain charm. All participants were treated to a tour of this historic venue, known for its picturesque barn and open fields. Set against the backdrop of the Colorado countryside, guests enjoyed decadent hors-d’œuvres and live music. It was a happy hour that none will soon forget!
